Wyoming's Rib and Chop House

The food was great. Our host and server were top shelf. Dessert was worth the trip all by itself.

We love the food at Wyoming Rib and Chop, especially the appetizers, the blue cheese, the fish and chips, the steaks, everything really. The noise level is high and be warned that on some Monday nights it is extra loud. The radio station was there with some UWYO athletes which is cool but it was just so loud. However we had a great meal and service anyway like always.

Overall, the food is good. However, for a steakhouse, they really don't know how to cook a steak properly. Their temperatures are usually off, and the quality of their cuts are inconsistent. The few times I dined in, it was good, but the two times I had their catering at different events, the food was awful. Very fatty cuts, and cooked to a medium-rare--which is not what you should do when cooking for 100+ people.
